Dr. Chris Kyriakides is a highly skilled and experienced medical professional with a strong background in interventional pain and regenerative orthopedics. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology School of Medicine, where he excelled academically and received numerous awards and honors.
After completing his medical training, Dr. Kyriakides went on to complete a traditional rotating internship in the department of medicine at CarePoint Health System. He then completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health, where he served as a resident physician. During this time, he gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions, and developed a strong foundation in both primary care and hospital-based medicine.
In addition to his medical education and training, Dr. Kyriakides is currently completing a fellowship in interventional pain and regenerative orthopedics at the Regenerative SportsCare Institute. This advanced education has further enhanced his expertise and allows him to provide the most comprehensive and effective care possible to his patients.

Dr. Cory Ullger
Pain Management & Physiatry
Dr. Cory Ullger joined the practice in July of 2021. Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in both Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, he leverages his pain medicine specialty to help patients manage a wide variety of disability.
He treats chronic and acute pain, including cancer pain, neurological pain, and musculoskeletal pain. Offering the latest pain management treatments with a comprehensive, personalized, evidence-based care approach, his interventional treatment plan may include tailored physical therapy, medications, and procedures including, but not limited to, epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral nerve stimulators, spinal cord stimulators, percutaneous and endoscopic discectomy, and lumbar decompression.
Dr. Ullger started his medical journey by earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at Stony Brook University. He then completed his medical school training in 2016 at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. Following medical school, he completed his residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at New York University / Rusk Rehabilitation. Furthermore, he expanded his medical training with a Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Ullger extends his expertise to others by serving as an assistant professor for the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at New York University and Bellevue Hospital. He has presented at numerous local and national conferences on Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Ullger has published extensively on a variety of topics including Chronic Pelvic Pain and Sacroiliac Joint fusion techniques.
